Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegans.

Our Cranberry & Cashew Nut Roast is currently our only 100% gluten-free product. 

We cannot guarantee that our grains, like Quinoa, are gluten-free due to how they are packaged alongside other grains like Freekeh (whole wheat).

No, we do not currently use palm oil in any of our products.

As a business we try to avoid palm oil. If we do use it, it will come from an RSPO certified source. 

We are working hard to increase our availability and bring Artisan Grains products to shops across the world.

In the UK, our grains and Nut Roasts are available online via Ocado. 

A selection of our Nut Roasts are also available in Holland & Barrett and Morrisons.

Our Nut Roasts can be frozen once cooked and cooled – but this might make them a little bit dry. 

Once cooked, they keep for 3 days in the fridge and up to a month in the freezer.

We recommend reheating fully to make sure the Nut Roast is piping hot throughout before consuming. 

Our grains are currently packed into plastic bags before being sealed in their cardboard boxes.

These plastic bags are to ensure the grains have long shelf lives, retain their high quality and freshness, and are protected from any potential damages.

We are currently looking into more sustainable packaging options. 

No, at the moment our grains come from regions where they are native and the best quality we can get. 

Our Freekeh is premium grade from Greenwheat Freekeh Australia, using a patented process to remove chaff and to ensure that every grain is packed full of nutrients. 

Our Chia Seeds and Quinoa blends are from South America. 

Our Couscous and Couscous blends are from North Africa.
